Cultural Presentation/Demonstration
From 6 - 8 pm. Curanderos (Traditional "Healers") from Mexico! This event is sponsored and organized by the Dance of the Flower Medicine (www.danceoftheflowermedicine.com) and will be hosted at the Boulder office (4735 Walnut St, Suite B, Boulder, CO).
This is free and open to the public. The presentations will be mainly in Spanish, and interpretation into English will be provided.
The curanderos are part of CEDEHC (www.emagister.com.mx/cedehc-centrodetalles-20898.htm), an institute in Cuernavaca, Mexico established to teach and promote traditional and natural medicine, holistic healing, and integrative health practices. Their presentations and demonstrations will cover health, illness and healing from the perspective of traditional Curanderismo, including illness, causes, symptoms, prevention, healthy lifestyle, and holistic treatments.

Saturdays - FREE! - At the Boulder Intercambio Office. Starts at 11:30 am, but that time is pretty flexible, so feel free to show up a bit later.
1st Monday of Every Month - Intercambio Book Club - Join the first-ever Intercambio book club. Both students and teachers are encouraged to attend. We have compiled a list of books with a variety of themes and settings and a reading level appropriate for level 6 and 7 students (although lower level students will not be turned away).
