Student Worker Alliance Program (SWAP)
A student run, student funded group at the University of Colorado. Volunteers are matched with immigrant workers employed by CU. Classes are held twice a week during the work day. For more information, please email the volunteer coordinator or call 303-492-2713.
Boulder Housing Partners (BHP)
Intercambio's collaboration with BHP provides English classes for residents of several apartment complexes in Boulder. The classes are held on-site at the apartment complex and provide child care.
Boulder Community Computers is a nonprofit that works to bridge the digital divide while keeping computers out of landfills. BoCoCo allows anyone who wants to learn the chance to rebuild old, donated computers. We have been partnering with them to provide curriculum for their free Computer Training for English Language Learners.
First United Methodist Church of Longmont
First United Methodist Church of Longmont is partnering with Intercambio to offer a class for Level 1 students and is helping with providing childcare for parents who without that service could not attend any English classes.
Intercambio and Parenting Place, a non-profit that provides resources and support for parents and families, have created a partnership to provide English classes for Latino families in Boulder and Longmont. Child care is typically provided during class.
